Seller's Point can be used to monitor and review transactions exactly as they happen.  Seller's Point is targeted at loss prevention.  With Seller's Point, it is easy to see if a sale is being entered incorrectly, incompletely, or voided out.  All surveillance video is searchable by specific transactions, making it easy to review exact incidents.

Customers

Seller's Point makes it easy to view transactions.  With the video from the surveillance system, Seller's Point can make it plain to see how the customers are finding their experience in your store or restaurant.

Employees

Seller's Point makes it easy for a manager or owner to watch over his or her employees.  While Seller's Point can be used to check for employee theft, it can also be used to protect the employees. Seller's Point can be used to resolve disputes, reward employees for their performance, or a multitude of other applications.
 

Seller's Point associates surveillance video with point-of-sale transaction information.  This association immediatly provides two major advantages:

Surveillance video is more information rich because transaction data is displayed with it.  This works both ways too; the transaction data is more information rich as well because Seller's Point can link a transaction to video.  On the video, what is being entered into the cash register becomes obvious because the button presses are actually being recorded along side of the video.  Without the association with the transaction information, the surveillance video would not be able to show what is actually being entered into the register and it would be impossible to tell if there was an error.

The association of transaction data with surveillance video makes the video much more easily searched.  Without Seller's Point, to view a particular transaction occurring, a manager would have to go to the DVR (digital video recorder) and already know the exact time the transaction occurred to bring up the recorded video.  Seller's Point gives the ability to search the transactions by many factors, including employee, items, location, transaction total, and more.  With Seller's Point, the transactions can be searched, and the exact video viewed, from any PC.
